FAQs

Are these a necessary upgrade for a stock B8 S4?

Not strictly mandatory, but those factory covers are a known failure point. They’re highly recommended for peace of mind against leaks and cracking, especially on older or high-mileage cars. It's cheap insurance.

Does this product include new gaskets?

Yes. They always include new, high-quality gaskets and hardware for a complete, leak-free installation.

What is the installation difficulty?

We want to level with you - although we can confidently say we’ve ensured this is one of the easiest (if not THE easiest) valve cover installs you can get…it’s still a valve cover installation.  It's a bit of a weekend warrior job, moderately challenging. This install is ideal for a seasoned home wrencher or your trusted performance shop.

Are these compatible with my aftermarket supercharger?

Absolutely. The design matches factory dimensions, so you won't have any clearance issues with all the popular aftermarket blower systems for the B8/B8.5 S4.

What maintenance is required for the billet finish?

General cleaning with mild soap and water is all you need to keep them looking fresh. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

Beautiful addition to the engine bay

For just slightly more than OEM replacement valve covers you can have these works of art. I could have gone third party for a lot less but I love the craftsmanship and protection from heat and warping.
