WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER OR ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Order confirmation emails are automatically sent when the order is placed. After the order ships, you will also receive an email that includes tracking information. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
Orders placed on the IE website begin processing immediately during business hours and in stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Expedited shipping must be placed on a business day before 12pm MST for same-day shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
IE accepts returns on any product ordered from performancebyie.com within 45 days. Product must be returned in new condition and in original packaging. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Orders placed through an IE distributor must be returned to the distributor and are subject to their return policy. All returns or exchanges must be returned with an RMA number or will not be accepted. WHY DID I RECEIVE AN EMAIL ABOUT A BACKORDER?
If you have received an email stating one or more of your items are out of stock then your order status will be set to backorder and will be shipped as soon as the product is back in stock. The IE team works hard to notify all customers about backordered products and to provide estimated ship dates. However, estimated ship dates are not guaranteed and may change at any time. If you need to change your order because of a backorder, please contact support by using the contact form below.
DO YOU HAVE ANY PROMOTION CODES OR SALES?
