On many MK8 GTIs, the transmission computer is locked. While most tuners reduce output or force “low-torque files,” iE wrote custom code to force the transmission to safely accept more torque from the engine side. This custom code bypasses torque limiters and safely increases hydraulic pressures to increase clutch capacity without a transmission tune. Full power, no compromises.

23 gti stage 1 tune

Runs much quicker. 80hp increase seems very noticeable. Couldn’t ask for an easier process to tune it. The phone was awsome using the app also.

93 Stage 1 Core Tune

I got my tune and powerlink a few weeks ago and I’ve never been happier. The stage 1 really wakes the car up and provides the performance VW should’ve sent from factory. I would highly recommend this tune if you want to enjoy your GTI the way it should be!!
