STAGE 1

Experience up to 446 hp with nothing more than a Stage 1 ECU Tune on 91 or 93 octane, and even more with optional TrueFlex ethanol upgrades. Pair with an intake for improved airflow and aggressive turbo sound.

STAGE 2

To safely maximize the stock turbo, you’ll need a downpipe, intake, and intercooler. Increased airflow and cooling keep power consistent while acceleration pulls harder across the powerband. Pair with a catback exhaust to fully enjoy adjustable crackles.

INCLUDED WITH PRO & APEX

STAGE 3

Build to win. Stepping up to the bolt-in TTE810 or Pure750 larger turbos requires air intake, intercooler, downpipe, and turbo inlet pipe upgrades along with the iE Stage 3 Map Pack. You’ll lose nothing and be rewarded with up to a monster 613HP!

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I install the iE B9 S4 tune?

Plug the POWERlink into your OBD2 port, open the app on your Apple or Android phone, and follow the steps. The flash takes minutes.

How much power does the iE B9 S4 Tune add?

Stock, our dyno shows 346 HP. Stage 1 makes 427 HP on 91 octane, 446 HP on 93, and 505 HP on E85. Stage 3+ makes up to 739 HP with a hybrid turbo. Dyno numbers are for reference against stock only. Your results will vary with fuel quality, local conditions, dyno brand, and correction factors.

Does Stage 2 make more power than Stage 1?

No. The factory downpipe on the B9 3.0T does not restrict the stock turbo, so power is the same. Stage 2 adds the calibration needed to run an aftermarket downpipe, plus a more aggressive exhaust overrun.

Do I need a transmission tune?

No, we include a Stage 1 TCU file that raises the transmission torque limits is included at no cost. The full iE Transmission Tune is optional and highly recommended for the most performance.

What do I need for Stage 3?

A TTE810 or Pure750 hybrid turbo, an upgraded intake, turbo inlet with hybrid adapter, intercooler, and the matching transmission tune. Stage 3+ adds an HPFP upgrade, 4 bar MAP sensors, and upgraded injectors. See the Stage 3 guide for the full list.

Can I run E85 with iE B9 S4 tuning?

Yes. Ethanol options are available on all stages. TrueFlex adapts automatically to any blend and requires TrueFlex hardware. On hybrid turbo cars, TrueFlex requires Stage 3+. More on TrueFlex.

Is iE B9 S4 tuning it safe for a daily driver?

Yes. iE AutoProtect is included on every stage. If it detects a problem it lowers boost and power to protect the engine, then restores power when conditions return to normal. More on AutoProtect.

What does it cost to upgrade stages later?

Only the price difference between the two stages, with no extra fees. Install the matching hardware, then buy the upgrade in the POWERlink app.

Are tune updates free?

Yes. Your purchase includes free updates to tune revisions, new octanes, standard features, and software updates. If Audi issues an ECU update, that is included at no charge too.

Can I use my POWERlink on another car?

Yes, on up to 5 different VINs. Tunes are sold separately for each car.

Can I move the tune to a different car?

No. Once applied, the tune is permanently registered to that vehicle. It can transfer to a new owner along with the car.

My car is a 2021 or newer. Can the transmission be tuned?

Possibly. 2021-2024 B9.5 cars have limited support because some transmissions have security locks that require a special unlock process. Follow the Audi B9.5 TCU Unlock Guide in your POWERlink app before buying a transmission tune for 2022+ models.

I love it

i have a b9.5 s5 that i just flashed stage 2 with catless and it is the best thing ive done. i love the way switching from dynamic to individual suppressed pops and bangs so if i want them i just click a button with no re flashing. hoping to do hpfp soon with e85. but as of right now Im 17 so not much cash flow :/
