FAQs
Do I have to buy anything?
No. Entry is free, and buying iE parts doesn't earn extra entries or improve your odds.
Who can enter?
Legal residents of the lower 48 U.S. states and Canada who are 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live). iE employees, dealers, sponsored partners and their households aren't eligible.
How many times can I enter?
Once per person. Duplicate or automated entries are disqualified.
How do I know I'm entered?
You'll see a confirmation on screen and get a confirmation email. No email? Check spam, then contact us.
My car isn't a B10, B9 or MK7.
Pick Other. You're in the drawing for the Other platforms prize pack.
Do dealer or influencer codes add entries?
No. Every entry counts the same, no matter where you heard about the giveaway.
When and how are winners picked?
A random drawing on 10/21, one winner per platform, from all eligible entries.
How will I know if I've won?
We'll email you from an @performancebyie.com address. Reply by the deadline in that email, or we'll draw an alternate winner.
How do I spot a fake?
We will never ask for payment, card details or passwords to claim a prize, and we don't DM winners first. Report anything suspicious to support@performancebyie.com.
Will winners be announced?
Yes. We'll share winners' first names and states after they're verified.
What's in a prize pack?
That stays under wraps. Each pack is built around the Full Throttle release, and winners find out what's inside when it arrives.
Can I swap my prize?
No. Prize packs can't be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
Is installation included?
No. We ship your prize free. Installation, and any taxes on the prize, are the winner's responsibility.
Are prize parts covered by warranty?
Yes. Any iE parts you win carry our standard warranty.
